Now they`ve put an ad at the top of Device selection page so the Feeder is Not first anymore, but an ad for their fountain (I`ve already got one that`s not programmable & wouldn`t you want water On all day anyway?) Customer service is Not 24/7 as advertised, but an email within 24 hrs & they want ``a video`` of the issue, which most of the time is not worth a video, it just isn`t happening. Decent Feeder though!"

I tried adding another feed time to the schedule and the entire schedule disappeared. I deleted the feeder and now I cannot seem to pair it despite the flashing wifi."
