"This app is incredibly buggy and slow, which is real frustrating to use. Nothing was wrong with the previous way of requesting a RamSafe. Whoever developed this app either needs to seriously update it or find someone else who`s more capable of doing so."

"App has kinks, but it`s functional. GPS is a little dodgy and jumps. Some pickup spots with one way streets like Franklin Terrace are difficult due to the bus doors pointing the opposite direction right into the street, so you have to press yourself up against the construction wall (which is dangerous) or pick a location further up, which isn`t the bus`s fault. Wait times can vary, but are more reliable than they used to be in previous years. Bus drivers were very polite."

I was really hoping for the best with this service being a woman that likes to eat late, but there are not enough drivers for this app to be successful. Prepare for wait times ranging from 13 to 47 minutes, with occasional wait times that claim 4 minutes even though they won`t actually arrive for another 20. Drivers have bad attitudes and the app claims that they have arrived 5 minutes before they actually do. Very disappointing."
