"Make sure you don`t deposit any ETN tokens until after the KYC is done. Even if you do, just deposit a little. These people are frauds. They deliberately locked my account and access because I transferred around 200,000 tokens. I think I know why they did that and don`t want to speculate here. They pretended like it was a KYC issue, but it wasn`t. I tried to reach them many times and they blocked my access after and even deleted my community posts. Same thing happened to some others as well :-("
