So I did what Google said and uninstalled. I was wondering for yrs prior I was having so many issues with the app and scale. Scammers! Now this scale is useless to me. Gotta find a better more secure app and scale!!! Be WARNED!"

"Don`t waste your money or time! I paid for a subscription for several months and out of nowhere, I cant access the nutrition database to log my macros. I have been trying to get a hold of technical support for weeks, no response from numerous emails and the social media help robot is a joke, spend a whole day waiting to connect with an agent. This is not how to run a business! I wish zero starts was an option! After the lack of customer service, any response to this post would be moot!"

"Old app was excellent this one is appalling. Cannot weigh infant/pet any longer which was very useful. You have to stay on the scales for an extra 10 seconds after the scales say they are done or the app errors. Plus losing over a month`s worth of data when being forced to migrate from the old app is unforgivable. What a poorly designed and built app. You should be ashamed. UPDATE: how is it possible this app can get any worse? I now cannot even view my child and pet`s previous weights. Dreadful"

"Was working well until last update now gets stuck trying to promote free trial subscription popup. I make sure it has connected with Dara with scale then it loses connection mid weigh, won`t sync properly and I do not have record of past 7 days of weighing and metrics. I am going to go buy a new scale today. I wish I could post a screen shot. Apps wants to check my location when not in use. Not appropriate for a scale that sits in the house."
