"I wish this app worked. I used it religiously as a resident and as an attending. It was a little outdated with new recommendations but still good. The issue is once you get a new phone, it won`t let you use your subscription and it won`t let you get a new subscription because it registers that you still have an old one. Just huge glitch. And there is no one to contact or respond to fix it. Really wish it worked. Disappointed."

Even downloaded a second time with same issue. we emailed customer support with no response. When I want to cancel my subscription it did not even give me the option to reimburse the $9.99 I spent even though I never got to use the app once."
