"Must have app if you are going to use your machine for embroidery. There`s a learning curve. Stick with it and it will get better. What frustrates me now is you can`t choose what brand of thread you are using. Each mfg has different color codes. I asked Customer service about this problem and was told there are lots of brands and it`s impossible to list all of them. Add the top 20+ brands (Brothread is everywhere) plus EverSewn thread could keep people from calling CS."
