"This is a terrible app from a terrible bank. As others have noted, it will not take mobile deposits, but since it`s an ONLINE ONLY bank you will have no way of depositing any checks. There is no one who can help you with this problem. There is literally no one at Axos who can help you with any problem related to your account. Opening an account at Axos was one of the worst decisions I`ve ever made. Do not ever use this bank. You will deeply, deeply regret it."

"Just opened a business account and the only convenient way to deposit is via the app... which is entirely broken. App doesn`t even open. Looking at other reviews (all 1 star) saying the same thing and the oldest review is more than a year old. So it`s safe to assume this issue will not be fixed. I will have to close this account and use another bank because of this issue. Very disappointed."

Seriously, the phone system makes you talk to the wrong department no matter what you press and only after the first person in normal banking is useless do you get to the second nearly as useless business banking person. That said, my initial online and App experience with Axos Personal Banking was almost as bad but they have made SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS and I really like the interface now. Axos IT leadership needs to prioritize making upgrades because the current experience is making this online only bank look bad."

There is no way to deposit checks, reporting them to FDIC as they don`t seem interested in performing banking activities, rather collecting personal information. They require 5 security questions based on the deepest personal info you have. Essentially gate keeping all of your info across all verification methods. Would NEVER recommend."
