"I have had this cable company for 3 years and have had little issues but none big, until 2/27/22. The app completely disappeared off of my roku devices. I pay extra to go back 3 days on my cable and to record so I am currently paying 150 extra for nothing. I am still trying to fix the issue now"

"The idea is pretty cool, but the reliability continues to dwindle each week. The servers constantly crash, reconnecting is a slow process that requires a few hardware resets. The cloud DVR loses recordings and scheduled recording preferences weekly requiring more effort to maintain than other app-based TV streaming services. It appears to get progressively worse as popularity grows with swelling numbers of subscribers. I`d give a solid 10/10 for the launch, 0/10 now at the point of cancelation."
