"The new update is awful, what used to take one or two taps now takes several and is pointlessly convoluted. What`s the point of having favourite bus stops if I cannot just tap on it for its information? I now have to find it on the map anyway, select it, then have to select another button to see bus times. And now I can`t even select a specific time to track the bus I want. What was the point? Like everything with First they just seem to get worse and worse and charging more for the privilege."

"Like everyone else is saying, the June update took a decent app and broke it. The live map view of your bus, which was the only reliable method for telling how long you were going to be waiting, is now broken or at least no longer accessible. All your saved stops are still there, but pressing on them does nothing so you have to re-add them all. But honestly, without the live map view, I don`t know what the point is. They skipped the QA and rushed an update that`s broken key functionality."

Bus tracking is one of the most useful features of the app. However, recently the UI changed so that instead of being able to tap on your bus on the departure board to track it, it does nothing. You can only track busses by tapping on the bus stop on the map. This creates unnecessary friction. If I tap on my bus I want to see where it is."
