"3.5 stsrs for lack of tracking, notification, and/or daily motivation. I started with week 2: Exercises are good (bamd int/ext rot, YTW, rows) and very well described with videos. They give alternatives for people using bands, weights, or no equipment. The major problem is that the app doesn`t show your progress day to day, and doesn`t seem to have notifications for the days you are supposed to work. The biggest reason for me to use an app is for motivation and tracking: I can get the exercise techniques elsewhere. Add some sort of tracking, ``points`` for completing a day, maybe even an optional social aspect to help motivation."
