"Flat out thieves. My wife was at work on her birthday, I paid extra to have a Time window for the flowers to be delivered, then I paid extra to add the passport. She did not get the flowers, I paid $98 and they wanted to make a partial refund for $12.99 and would not cancel the passport because they said it had been used. It was used for the order that she did not receive, then wouldn`t give me the name of the florist to check. Account with the same email nearly 20 years. Never again."

"Do yourself a favor, go straight to a local flower shop. The updates are not correct, then when you call to find out what happenes, you get India. It takes 20 minutes for them to figure out what you are asking, getting placed on hold multiple times, just to find out that the updates are wrong anyway. Eventually they were delivered, and that was great, and the local florist they used did a fantastic job, but I will go direct moving forward."
