"We ordered tacos from Tacos Tacos through Monteverde en Casa. We had an issue with the delivery and only received one of the meals. We contacted them through what`s app and they immediately contacted the restaurant to find out what happened. They delivered the rest of the food within about 15 mins but one order was still missing! We contacted them again, pretty frustrated by this point. En Casa contacted the restaurant who had a 100% satisfaction policy and refunded the whole amount!"
