"Buggy and useless, it`s always something. QR code to open fridge doesn`t work, the next day QR code on the item doesn`t work, spent more time chatting with support than actually in front of the fridge. And on top of that after latest update, annoing adds and promos were added to support screen. I don`t need to add chat option to my site. And the annoing ad banner is right over the text field once you finally in the chat, and you end up hitting it instead of typing text, can`t add pics to chat."
