When shopper substituted items, it sent text asking if okay or to follow link to change, but wouldn`t allow changes. I HAD to accept (despite being all wrong AND the most expensive version!). It doesn`t tell you the likely availability of the item you want (unlike Instacart). I can`t rate the experience - I click 3 stars, it sends me to my contacts! Needs a suggested substitution option. EBT wasn`t supported."
