However, I was overcharged CDN 203.71 (US 155.65). 2023.01.09.Mon - Logged into the site only to realized I didn`t have premium access. I got a notification stating that my transaction was detected as fraudulent and had been refunded. I checked my bank and was only refunded CDN 185.58 (US 118.06). Attempted to contact these scammers but they have no direct ph # or email. DISGUSTING."

You had your developer only create Gmail access to collect identification, but could have very easily had your developer create access for professional emails. I instantly informed them, they keep telling me they are working on issues but they had no solution even after 45days. I keep mailing for update, and never heard any response from them. I asked refund but they offer me another subscription on a stupid discount price. And closed my issue without solving it."
