"By the way I do love their salads they are good and filling. Fresh and Co location close to my job has been closed for a while. However I had credits that I never used. I logged in recently because I was going to be in the area of the 34th St location and all the credits I had are gone. This was not the 1st time that this happened on this app or other food apps. I feel its poor customer service when you remove a credit from an account with no explanation or warning in advance."

"This app is awful, things to be aware of. At first they charge you right away, totally fine. Then they let you know they will group transactions at the end and charge on the 2nd of every month. Again this is fine, however they will do this up to $150 and then charge you on any date this happens. Not cool especially since this fact is not widely known and you have to scavenge through website for this info. Would have been better if they just stopped the app charging after 150. In closing awful."
