"I dislike strongly this application. Every opening of File commander is preceded by percictent offer to go paid. I wonder why I cannot uninstall it. If it is part of Sony accompanying software in my Experia Z5 then it should not try to push me to pay for it."

"I have a working ftp server behind a router, to which I connect through ssh, I do a dynamic (socks5) port forward, and set the ftp connection in TC FTP to a passive connection over the local socks5 proxy. Connection is established, however I never got over the LIST command. I have tried multiple ssh clients. I will give higher rating if this gets fixed. Edit: socks proxy support still doesn`t work."

"Awful. There are so many basic things done badly in the plugin. For example, you can`t edit connections. Once you create it, you can either connect to it or delete it. The plugin also fails to read files from the server after some time and I have to reconnect to the FTP."

This plugin supports connections by FTP and FTPS (secure FTP over SSL). For SFTP (file transfer over SSH secure shell), there is a separate plugin available now:
