"My bike got broken so I unbooked two slots hour before they meant to start, and when I finały got my bike fixed I just saw that my account got not just disabled, it got deleted from eternity, i cant even contact the support and ask why the f it happend, i was working 8-12 hours for past 3 days and got this! "Worst delivery app for any rider. I used to work as a glovo rider, honestly I wouldnt even give one star. They do not care about their riders and it is written in their contract. A new riders has no chance to earn money becoz they don`t have rating and you are alloted slots based on rating. This rating system is like the worst, becoz they it is not based on real time, they update it based on your performance in high demand slots, and these slots end up in weekends. This company should be banded."
