"Faut améliorer d`urgence votre App Rowenta! Having same problem mentioned in other reviews and connect purifier. I click on `associate my purifier` and get message about Rowenta helping you in each step to associate purifier, continue from there only to be presented with a blank blue screen headed `my products` with `Finish` button below! Come on solve this guys, the purifier itself is otherwise an excellent product just a shame that the App is completely useless!"

Maybe if the app would actually connect to one of our devices (both Android AND iPhone) we could give a proper review. But as it stands, the app and or the air cleaner will NOT connect via wi-fi when we have fine signal and connection with all our other IOT items. Rowenta, it doesn`t take a ``Genius`` to recognized your app is lacking. I`m not calling your service team, YOU fix your app!"

"Purchased the same device as Ramonster163 also the same problem. Phone was already in Engish (Netherlands). I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+. Still stuck at the associate my purifier and going to a screen with only the button finish. Finally it worked. Changed phone to dutch and you HAVE to restart the phone. Without it it wont work. After you did the setup for the device you can change it back to english and restart the phone and it will still work. To bad you have to do these steps."

Now i have two separate apps, one for each machine what a horrible surprise. Who on earth thought this would be a good idea? "False advertising, can`t add/connect any of my Rowenta PU6080F0 Intense Pure Air Connect XL air purifiers, says ``No devices found. Make sure the device you want to connect is turned on and ready to connect.``. The device I want to connect is turned on and ready to connect. Response to developer response: Already did, still no reply, let alone a fix. Meanwhile you replied my other e-mail about the old app also not working saying you were having difficulties with it and so you removed it from the Google Play Store and I should uninstall it (?!). So, basically, your solution was to stop using your products (!)."

"I was unable to add the Pure Air Genius at first. The app sent me to a French registration page and, once registered there was no way of actually registering a device as the device registration page displayed nothing other than a non functional `finish` button. The installation did work on another older phone. It turned out to be a language setting issue; switching the phone to my local language (Netherlands) solved the issue. After setting up the device I could switch back to English. Great!"
