"Maybe this app is in the developmental stages still, because that`s how it feels. Although there`s a filter for ``allows pets`` there`s apparently not an option for people listing houses to mark that so checking that box doesn`t help at all. There`s no way to sort by lot size (and it looks like the person listing the house can`t put in that information either). App also can`t connect to servers a lot which is a little frustrating."
