"There was no warning about phasing out the old app, which worked fantastic. I have been unable to log into the new app with my current account and appear to have lost my standing in the highest tier along with loads of unredeemed points. I`m the one who feels like a bitter, roasted bean. I sure hope that Heine Brothers does something to help devoted loyal customers."

Wasted my $5 birthday reward because I didn`t even know there was a new app. I just got an email reminder a day ago that my reward was expiring, still no info about there being a new app. I`m willing to give this new one a chance, but I would have liked some sort of warning that it updated."

Hitting ``forgot password`` never sends an email despite it being clearly the email tied to my account in the old app. This is an absolute waste of my time, and my loyalty to the brand is soured. "It doesn`t even work. The last 2 times I went to buy coffee it wouldn`t even scan. Support did add the point to my account, and were very quick to get back with me, but I can`t even use them.
