"V useful, easy to use. I use it for SL 5x5, but with a few modifications. Easy to set this up on the app w workouts A & B or whatever you need. Recommend. Notes system could be improved, in terms of the way the notes transfer from session to session. The notes I make re my deadlift (for example) don`t automatically appear as editable text the next time I deadlift. So if I want to retain the same ``tips & reminders`` next time I do the exercise, I have to copy & paste it from the previous session"
