"Controls volume and tone. No 6 program choice as advertised. Very difficult to pair. Takes hours. Cannot tell which aid is left and which is right because there is no battery test. Cannot tell serial numbers either. Even really cheap aids that I have tried have that. This app is junk!"

You are suppose to be able to control your volume with any hearing aid. you know it would be nice if someone would tell me why these hearing aids will not increase the volume. I raised it to 14 an it was the same as 4? If the company was honest they would send me a replacement set that works?.! Bill Carson"
