"Currently doing the strong45 program. Loving it and the app makes it simple. I would love to see modifier options with videos though. It sucks to have to google them separately. Especially pull ups. I think most people can`t do them and do not have a bar in their home for practicing. Other options for those who workout at home with minimal equipment would be nice. Also easier access to healthy high/low carb recipes in app would be great."

I`m old (55)- thought I wouldn`t be able to follow along like the ``young kids`` on the app. BUT. I WAS WRONG! I even utilize the calendar feature (which allows you to check off the workout when you are done -- quite satisfying!). I always have my phone with me, but not always my gym bag and the print-outs.
