"the app crashes when trying to schedule telehealth messages. it gets to the same point every time and the I get thrown to the homescreen. The insurance isn`t great and their online interface is confusing and frustrating at best.. and will prevent you from getting care at worst, which is where I`m at now. Save yourself and don`t go with Oscar"

"I am very upset that the App still does not record my steps from GoogleFit. I see complaints from back in 2021 and those same issues are still going on in 3/2023. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall I don`t know how many times and it still doesn`t pick it up. What else can we do to get this resolved?"

"So I try to make a telemed appointment on this app. When I log on it asks me to update my profile. I answer all the questions, but it will not let me continue to finish the process. Without a new profile, I cannot do a telemed appointment. All they are telling me is I`m sorry and they really can`t help me. I`m very frustrated"

"Primary care physician isn`t even a doctor. The care team is not helpful and they frequently give you the wrong information. I feel like I was scammed because this was the only insurance that I`ve had I the past few years and if I let it go, I`ll have no insurance for a surgery I desperately need. I went to see a surgeon and after the initial visit he sent me to do an mri and his office closed, mri had to be cancelled due to no authorization. Oscar still has no Idea even now 3 weeks later."
