"Can`t sign into the second site on the app - yes, absolutely certain the pin is correct. App doesn`t work at all on a second phone. IRisco refused to help the installer to fix any of this. Alarm goes off randomly - no events, smoke alarm goes off randomly- no smoke or fire. They annoyed my neighbours, claiming they didn`t have our phone numbers- so how did you call me when you finally did if you had no phone numbers? Blatant lie. They also put one of our systems on a premium rate number, the system made random calls to that number, costing £194 over 18 months! I`m having their equipment trashed next week and a new system put in. Don`t go near this company with a barge pole!"
