"The HP Support Assistant app is there to help customers register their product and find solutions to the problems. My HP Pavilion Laptop needs to be replaced with HP Brand Battery, mouse touch doesn`t work, backlit key is defunct and Wi-Fi does not work, the Warranty has expired and I want new spares to make the experience as brand new. However, their technical support team is always busy. HP could lose its market share when they are offering a pathetic service experience to loyal customers."
