"I am using camera my office & home and application of your company carecam pro but i found some shortcoming in this application like if you put it in auto tracking then this application only do left to right but do not tracking up and down. I think you have to update your software and I am using 10x dual lens camera of your company but I feel it is of no use for me.I am wasting my money and time as your application is not working in auto tracking up and down manner."

"Updates to new firmware causes camera to move around constantly. Also, camera does not always come back to its original set position. Emailed the developers together with the video sample they requested and at the end their response was that they could NOT help me. They always ask for a video sample but come back with useless responses. We really need to look at other developers software products as an alternate solution."

"Had this camera and software for a few months now and I have been mostly happy with it until recently. Over the last few months there have been a few software issues like camera tracking didn`t work, camera goes to one side completely on it`s own to the wall, ect. But most recently they have removed the push notification function so I no longer get alerts if there is movement detected. I`ve emailed them but no reply at all. I bet they will reply here though to fix bad reviews..."
