"The latest update (25/4/19) reset all my notification sounds to ``default`` which in my case is silent. A little problematic don`t you think?"

"Not as good as PagerDuty. Needs to update alerts automatically not only when I swipe to reload Edit: going beat the piss out of these asswipes for the inability to change its volume override"

"I use Bluetooth headphones, however I am not always wearing them. There is no option or setting yet it sends all alets to the connected headphones only... So if they are connected but i am not wearing them the alarm goes unnoticed. Not good, needs to atleast be a setting that can be adjusted."

"It doesn`t give me an option to set maximum volume or lower it a bit as at night the device is next to my head and loud ringtones are extra loud when you are awoken. Please provide an option for a soft ringtone available to be modified from the application maybe?"

"``Always play Opsgenie Notifications at maximum volume even if the phone is in silent mode``.... That would be fine except that it leaves the phone at max volume after being triggered. This means you get woken up by every single notification from every other app running too. Allowing the user to acknowledge or close alerts with a single press/swipe would improve the interface, as would removing alerts from the android notification bar once read/acknowledged/closed."

"I haven`t had to use the application for much, but the notifications are always at max volume. I understand it could be something critical, but when my phone`s in my pocket I really don`t need a deafening alert going off."

"It maximizes my volume when I get an alert and gives me a heart attack every time it does that when I`m sleeping. Should be an option for the user. Also messes up my do not disturb schedule and leaves the phone in constant DnD."

"This app was much easier to use and read prior to it last update last year. It seems that since the last update removed functionality or made it even more difficult to navigate and complete simple tasks. I believe that users should have had the ability to test or opt in or out of the new version before forcing paying customers to use it."

"Since they merged with atlassian aka one of the worst companies in the world they merged authentication between atlassian products to where now I cant even login anymore and get bad credentials trying to login despite my password being correct and me selecting either region. When I go via browser on my phone or online it works fine and worked fine before the enema I mean update."
