"If negative stars were possible that would be great. This app does nothing but steal from you and your family much like the actual phone service or anything with this company or any of the companies that profit off our despair. My fiance has been down a year and a half and this company has all but taken my soul just to have 80% of the phone calls cut out. If your lucky enough 2 pay even more for a video visit then just hope that the face it freezes on is a cute pic.This is the stuff of nightmare"

So after waiting on hold for 35 minutes to the most annoying repetitive ``please hold, all representatives are busy`` hold music 18,000 times- i counted, not really but it was super annoying, i was connected to a rep and she said the video department closed about an hour ago, call back tomorrow for help. I was not happy....."

You can also schedule video sessions and send emails to these individuals where they are allowed at a facility. Not all facilities support all products and services that we offer.
