"Useless product and app! Can rarely if ever get the app to connect. If they
gave you the option to manually connect to the device like every other
bluetooth device does, it would actually work. Tech support isn`t much help
either. All they said was to keep turning off the bluetooth and try again
and if that didn`t work keep trying. With the device costing twice as much
as it`s lower end model you would think it would do the same as it and
more... you can`t even use the QuickLink app which is pretty much the
reason why I bought this... real-time info. Very disappointed in Innova,
I`ve had other scantools in the past that are hard wired and loved them.
You guys really dropped the ball with this dongle debacle."

The app goes straight to scanning but never connects to the scanner although the scanner is connected to the vehicle, Bluetooth is on, and vehicle ignition is ON. The app doesn`t even try to connect to the scanner yet shows scanning the vehicle?? This is a complete trash application. Don`t even bother downloading, you will be immensely disappointed."
