"It`s easy to book a class and check availability. It is very annoying that the cut off period for a booking cancellation is 24 hours when for the ios app is 1 hour. I have to email or phone the reception if I want to cancel a booking for the same day.the app was supposed to replace emailing and calling the gym!"

It`s probably because I didn`t pay for it there and then, but that`s broken too and fails every time I try. Also the colour scheme for the Harcourt section of the app is disgusting. Staff are always super helpful on the phones though so shout out to them."
