"It would be quicker to jump in the car and drive to the leisure centre than use this app. Adding payment details is a fiddle and takes ages as you have to do it manually. No link to payment apps like Google or apple pay. The app never picks up my daughter who is apparently linked to my account. And it also doesn`t then pick up she does swimming lessons so therefore pays nothing for swimming. The app looks nice but functionally it`s junk for my needs. I always try and end up frustrated."

I would find it much like useful if you added class search filters and sort orders - filter for rough time of day, type of activity, virtual/physical/both, even intensity of class - if possible. The pool timetable is also confusing and my eyes glazed over. Being able to filter on times and having a pictorial display would be very helpful."
