The router will be on with a steady blue light... The app then has me restart the whole process! Tried for 2hr! I finally just unplugged everything and will try to reinstall the app. So frustrating!"

"it made me pick 3 or more locations to test the signal level plugging it in near a window with the back facing the window. To test in a new location you have to unplug it. Made me rescan the qr code every time to reconnect. The signal strength never went above 2 no matter how close it was to a window. I even had it on a window sill at one point. Once that is done it tells you to wait while they connect the device to their cloud and it can take up to 1 hr. It still isn`t connected 2 hrs later."

"The negative comments are coming from the people that didn`t use it correctly. Install it and go through the setup it is important to find the strongest signal using the meter weak to strong. Once you found the strongest signal leave the box alone. It`s that simple. I gave this 4 stars because the battery strength always reads 3% and it will not tell me how much data that I used. I signed up with my carrier to see my data usages. You do need this app to find the strongest signal."
