"I was interested in analysing my sleep. I was happy with the watches I had used so far (apple watch is the best, fitbit charge 5 is good). Then I wanted more credible data. Then I bought the muse s headband. Unfortunately this device is ruining my sleep. During sleep, the bluetooth connection is often lost, and the worst is when the headband turns off and doesn`t reconnect. Why not self memory???? The headband is a good idea, but it`s a toy, an absolute waste of money."

Any other ``guided`` meditation you can rely on your favorite audio app w/out using your expensive toy, the ones here expect the S headband. ``Manage subscription`` is missing from the app Settings(!!) and can`t be located on their choosemuse website - will be calling my bank. And yourself is lost in thought so you forget to focus your attention. However, the headband is able to detect that you stopped meditating and the app let you know through a change in the sound so can focus again. Update 28 October: Changed rating to 4 from 1. No more signal drops. My fix was to let it discharge completely, charge again and then restart phone and pair again. Enjoying my sessions again and it really helps build a rigorous practice."
