"We went to view a property two other potential tenants showed up. We were all speaking with different agents who were quoting different prices. Agents need to definitely let potential customers know they need to download the app and have that information all put together before showing up to view the property. It became so frustrating that we just hung up and left because it was so unorganized that we thought it was probably a scam!"

"Do NOT use this company if you value your sanity. Additional monthly fees were added after the fact that wasn`t made apparent ahead of time. The individual we had contact with couldn`t help us to save their lives. When trying to resolve issues they caused (duplicate charges, not performing their job function, etc.) we were bounced between multiple people who said the others were responsible. Don`t even get me started on their ``maintenance``. Terrible company. Move along and find another."

"The app won`t let me upload pictures. It keeps telling me I have to give the app access to my photos. This page ``says`` one of the requested permissions is storage, but it isn`t. I can`t give it permission to my storage if it doesn`t ask. I also tried to send an email to the developer but my email was rejected as spam. It also won`t let me schedule a separate appointment when I already have one scheduled. I can`t wait a month, but my 45 day walk-through can`t be rescheduled. What do I do??"
