"With all the glowing YouTube media reviews I decided to install this. It turned out to be a waste of time. Very clunky to use so I uninstalled it. Don`t believe the ABRP hype- stick with your cars sat nav and avoid this mess"

"Pretty good I live in an area where i know where all the chargers are One thing i found is it doesnt take you on the fastest route. From highway 17 west, ontario to bemidji Minnesota it completely skips highway 71 to get there adding hours to the trip, doesnt make sense to me Plug share gave me a more direct route"

"Cannot see all plans in saved list despite subscribing. Update - Not sure what happened but after a week or 2 then reusing the app, the issue no longer exists."

"App keeps freezing and shutting down. No longer was able to use on a long trip. Thank God we had Google with all the stops in from a better route Planner to guide the way."

"When I set a route and start driving my location does not update as I drive. Idk what I`m doing wrong. I was in beta and have since left beta and went back to stable release to see if that fixes the issues. So far for 4.99 a month it is not worthy of a navigator app. Wouldn`t recommend rn maybe if the navigation part actually worked and kept up where I was located."

"Really disappointed, it does plan a route - but that is it. Not useful for navigation - almost any other solution is better. And the battery consumption was very high - had to have my phone plugged in the hole ride. Also the ODB connectivity was flaky at best - which was really the reason I subscribed in the first place. It constantly reloads the hole route - which is annoying if you are travelling and you are navigating. (Tested on a trip through Europe passing 4 countries in an ID.3)"

"Routing feature is solid and I have nothing to complain, but more localization may required for me to use this application. E.g. I am located in New Zealand, Tesla destination charges and super charges just not enough. In new Zealand, we have our local charger providers like ChargeNet, maybe the ABRP should be able to fetch their charger location (by the time I post this review they don`t have docs on public API, so I don`t know how 🤔). Yeah, TLDR: third party charger location is required."

"The app is great. It needs the ultimate integration, ability to connect via obd and read real time actual battery info, ageing, current speed and consumption rate, etc, so the planning is more accurate. In most cars this is easily achievable with a dongle. I think you should really consider this."

"Painfully inaccurate. Even with reference consumption and degradation increased, HVAC off, and driving way slower than speed limit, I`m often arriving with less than estimated. Now limping home on a road trip with no heat in below freezing hoping not to get stranded. Also will suggest stations that just don`t exist on plugshare, and when trying to avoid them will just reappear in the plan under a different name. UI is unintuitive and pressing back on your phone often just closes out of the app."

"Great app under the hood. The routes are accurate and it`s a great way to find chargers. I`ve planned several cross-country trips that went very well. However, the app definitely has it`s quirks to use and is not very user friendly. It seems like the front-end of the interface is reworked consistently to fix bugs, but unfortunately always adds a few new ones. I hope the devs can work through these to make accessing the powerful routing tools they have here easier to use."

"Used to be a much better app than it currently is. It is not intuitive at all to use and the UI seems to be getting less user friendly as time goes on with an increasing amount of bugs. The range predicting is great and accurate but I suggest working closely with a UX design expert, or getting a new one."

"I paid for premium as this was supposed to be the best app for ev trip planning but I was very disappointed. The interface is clunky, the route planning seems entirely illogical taking longer routes or suggesting unsuitable roads, and the app just keeps crashing in Android Auto. Needs a lot of work to be charging money."

"Used this app as a primary tool for a 2,300 mile EV trip California to Indiana. Very useful and highly detailed - especially the ability/need to adjust default settings to reflect nuances of public chargers, trip/charger preferences, export detailed plan to spreadsheet - but far from perfect. Iterations of the ABRP plan are essential (and easy to do in the app). It is very critical to crossreference other apps to validate ABRPs charger data and reflect crowdsourced quality/reliability ratings."
