"I`ve been using HASFIT for a number of years. This past December I had major foot surgery. I was non weight bearing. I was able to use their seated and senior workouts. I had to modify some to make these Workouts work for me but that`s the beauty of all of their workouts. They are modifiable. And as I`ve told folks promoting it to my friends, non of the workouts are beyond anyone ability. You find a workout or program that works for you. February and March these Workouts we`re a godsend."
