"This is a good app to use but it is slow and glitches a lot. When I go to the portal it won`t even log me in. Needs a lot of work for this app to work. I believe the developers need to look into it more and fix it better to increase the use of this appm"

"The new version of this app is a waste of time. Once you click ``order refill`` on a listed prescription, there is no confirmation that the order has actually gone through. Nothing. There is no way to check the status of the refill or to bring up even a list of the items that have been ordered. The navigation options are limited and unhelpful, and even the `` HELP`` link provides no useful information. I will be deleting the app and returning to ordering my refills over the phone."
