Руководство подразделения в РК не компетентное, бизнес процессы выстроены не правильно. Всё печально, можете не качать"

"Нет отмены заказа. Если курьер яндекс сам отменяет заказ, то он так и останется в приложении, и на следующий день будет завершенным. Звонишь,оператор уходит что то уточнять у кого то, возвращается через полчаса чтобы сказать что мне нужно написать кому то в ватсап, попросить отменить. Снова ждать пока подтвердят отмену, и если боги будут благосклонны к тебе, то ты получишь деньги обратно всего через месяц (обещают 10-15 дней, но это только если ты будешь напоминать об отмене хотяб раз в неделю)"
