"A downhill spiral. Started out good, lately their quality of service is poor. Bugs in app, unable to properly talk to customer service. Expect to contact them 10 times to get one answer. Also as the lebanese are accustomed to, be ready to be a detective to figure out if the restaurant is to blame or gozilla themselves, the stories can get quite creative. I USED this service a lot, but I doubt I will be returning anytime soon after this frustrating period."

"Driver goes in the opposite direction after getting assigned. I call support who say they will check, I cancel the order after 45 minutes of my food being flagged as ready by the Bakery and the driver not arriving (1 hour 5 minutes after ordering). 40 minutes after canceling the driver still rings my building intercom telling me the food isn`t cold. You can`t still send the food 40 minutes after confirming cancelation(2 hours after ordering) the Bakery is 15 min away walking distance!!!"
