"Had fit issues, used the app`s built in fit check function which opened a ticket with Logitech support who clearly had no idea what was going on and after several days of trying to get them to understand the situation they eventually told me to contact Ultimate Ears because Logitech doesn`t actually have anything to do with the hardware or fit. Seems like that should be patched."
