"40% of screen is unnecessarily large perpetual app control features and small advertising (which is fine) area, resulting in tiny onscreen space for viewing newspaper itself. I am paying to read the newspaper. I don`t need giant forward and back buttons. The app also repeatedly forgets login credentials. Overall this app is a bad user experience."

"I`ve used this app for a while and found it to be extremely slow and erratic. I might be going from page 4 to page 5 and suddenly end up on the last page. App developers should be embarassed to have created such a pitiful app. I`m now uninstalling it because access of the paper using the web browser interface is much faster and less frustrating."

"Both my husband and I were ``delivery kids``....yep, we still get the paper delivered! When I am out of town, I come home to ``saved papers``! So recently someone told me as we get a subscription already....we can also get it online. Awesome ... I can be out of town and keep informed ... of news and, obituaries...and best part .... no need to put aside time to ``catch up``!!!! AWESOME!!!! P.S. Hubby still likes to read an actual paper ... as well as I, however, I also like online!!!"

"7/20/2020 This new release is working well so far. One negative is that the Sunday paper e-edition never includes the comics section. Apparently you have to be a print subscriber to get that, even though they say the digital subscription is all-access."

I have two tablets and a smart phone and the app is terrible on all of them. Please do something the app is useless. Its not my devices, its not my internet connection. "I had originally ``complained`` that this app was not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 That concern was addressed and the app performed very well on that device. Recently I upgraded to a Note 10.1 2014 Edition. The performance on that device is terrible. It`s very slow to draw screens. The fonts are so tiny that I can`t read in text mode even with my glasses on and the largest font available. The newspaper pages get mixed on the screen. Overall, it`s just a mess. I`ve been hoping for an update to come along and correct the issues, but it hasn`t yet. I gave up using this recently and started downloading the paper as an e-book instead. You lose all the benefits of have an e-paper this way, but at least I can read it."
