"There have been a couple of times where I made a purchase, it kept my money and then refused to let the purchase go through. It gets stuck on processing forever. I tried restoring purchases, uninstalling the app, and anything else I could think of, and it`s still stuck. Unfortunately Support is non-existent."

"This app has now become unusable since Aug 22 update and customer support are not doing anything to fix it. I can not see the vast majority of the issues I have purchased. Reinstalling, clearing cache/data and restoring purchases does not help. Same problem on multiple devices. Support, usually very good, just said it was an issue created in the last update and they are working on it. But I fear this is not going to be fixed as Comixology are now being culled by Amazon."
