This is a Chinese company pretending to be a US company.. after months of being ran around by there support I ended up tossing the camera in the trash.. "Can`t view the backed up photos/videos on the app at all. I have to take my SD card out and pop it in my phone or computer just to view them. Other than that I`ve yet to have any major issues. If this issue is fixed I`ll rate it higher."

"Junk, doesn`t really work, is only for one specific camera and it`s junk too. If you make any changes to the camera settings you have to sign out and back in or wait a while for the camera to come back online. At this point it won`t even open and show me the video from the camera just a blurry image, and as soon as it shows me that it immediately opens the microphone on my phone to talk through the camera. I have lots of other Geeni devices I really expected a lot more from this."

"I`m having the same issues as everyone else. No live feed not able to access functions. I`ve contacted support and so far all they`ve had me do is send them the device info and that was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing back yet.
