"About to move all my money out because this app is so terrible. Cannot transfer money from my external account to my Barclay`s savings. The app just crashes. What kind of bank app doesn`t allow you to put money in your account. The worst. This is on top of it being one of the worst bank apps and least functional to begin with."

"as of recent i`m quite disappointed with the app. it used to allow for all transactions to be completed with no problem; now it crashes everytime i attempt any transaction requiring me to choose my primary bank. not to mention, the perks of their dream account is not much of a dream anymore. ☹"

"Same as everyone else. The app crashes everything I try to transfer money. What is the purpose of an online bank account if you can`t transfer money easily. This has been going on for too long for it not to be fixed.. Once I get back to a computer I will be transferring 100% of my funds to another bank."
