"The newest update is no longer compatible with WearOS. Access doesn`t allow for the same level of function that WearOS did. I won`t be buying another watch from MK unless they bring back WearOS. Access is not user friendly, disconnects regularly, and fitness tracking doesn`t work. This whole app is a joke. I won`t be wasting my money on another MK watch after this update."
