"9/22/10 Please fix this app all I get is a purple screen. A company this large should of had this issue fixed right away but by reading the other reviews it has been put on the back burner. Once fixed I will change my rating. 10/31/19 Attempted to use this app again asked customer service for help again got told no one else was having these issues 😅 must be my phone to uninstall restart reinstall still doesnt work. "Just downloaded this app so my husband and I could have easier access to pay and monitor our bill. I can`t get past the login page, nothing will load. My husband said the app is always like this. He has to log in and out about 4 or 5 times for it to work. What a joke."
