"Haven`t completed the full 12 weeks but I feel the photos they show are misleading. I`m sure they are real but involve full time diet (gluten & dairy free) and exercise. After 1 month my stomach has barely gone down (Yes I eat healthy i weigh 135lbs) if you want extra coaching or diet plans every thing costs extra. Not sure I will have a flat stomach in 2 months also not sure I can afford the app until I actually do achieve my goals. I do recommend using a laptop instead"
