"Gonna switch to Verizon soon. Customer service is Rude & Unhelpful. They simply do not care about customers, even those who have been with them for Years! I`m paying for service every month, & I have missed calls Constantly. I get Scam calls, Texts, & Voice Mails more than People I need to hear from. Customers don`t pay for Scammers to use their device for a Billboard. Feels like cricket is $elling my Information/ # to them, since they outsource in a known hot bed of Scammer activity in India."

"Not great for my Galaxy A53 5G. 60% or more messages don`t transcribe. Bubble number doesn`t change on home screen Visual Voicemail (VV) app icon. Only deletes messages in VV app. Voices mails are still available through phone. So you have to delete them twice. If you delete messages dialing in from phone. Messages stay in VV app. Again still deleting messages twice. Refresh is useless. When VV app last upgraded it brought a bunch of older saved voice mails back in to the app as current."

Important to know: Receiving voicemail on the Visual Voicemail app will not count against your high-speed data quota. Downloading this app and responding to voicemails using email will count against your high-speed data quota.
During initial setup the app may send a free one-time SMS to your Cricket Voicemail service to authenticate your account.
